Part-Time Social Media Assistant

Location: Hybrid Saratoga Springs, NY (if applicable)  
Hours: Part-time, flexible (approx. 10-15 hours per week)

Element Social Media is a dynamic agency specializing in innovative social media strategies that drive engagement and growth. We work with clients across various industries, curating high-quality content that resonates with their audiences.  

We’re looking for a creative Social Media Assistant to help execute social strategies, assist with content creation, and stay ahead of the latest trends.

Responsibilities:
- Assist in content creation for Instagram and TikTok (Reels, stories, graphics, etc.)  
- Design engaging graphics 
- Conduct trend research and provide insights on emerging social media trends  
- Support in strategy development and execution  
- Help with community management (engaging with comments, DMs, etc.)  
- Assist with scheduling, analytics, and general platform management  

Requirements: 
- Experience with Instagram, TikTok, Canva (bonus if you have experience with other design or editing apps)  
- Passion for social media trends and content creation
- Basic video editing skills (CapCut, InShot, TikTok, IG etc.)    
- Strong eye for aesthetics and branding  
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines  
- Excellent communication and organizational skills  

Bonus Skills (not required): 
- Experience with social media scheduling tools (e.g., Later, Planoly, Meta Business Suite)  
- Knowledge of influencer marketing and collaborations
